What we hold, and what we don’t.

What we collect
When you sign in with LinkedIn we read your name, email, and photo. Nothing else. Your application adds the fields you type: LinkedIn URL, title, employer, segment, years, how you use AI, and an optional referrer.
What stays private
Your name and your employer are never published on the roster or returned in any public response. The public roster shows discipline, segment, level, and years only, and never shows a segment cut with fewer than five members.
How we use it
Application information is used by the board to review your application and, if you join, to administer your membership. Employer is used only to check eligibility against the one hard rule.
Retention
We keep application records while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Discord history is kept for as long as the platform allows.
